Many have thought about how to improve the way we refer applicants to services. The session will cover the practical considerations of the planning, creation, and use of an online referral portal for legal and non-legal providers through one portal. The session will highlight the statewide Texas Crime Victim Legal Assistance Network (TCVLAN) portal and how it connects people in need of social services to legal and non-legal services, partner tools and use of the system, and referral tools.
