Dr. Reginal D. Harris, Esq., is passionate about helping others to achieve personal and professional success because of the challenges and struggles he has overcome in his own life.
He is a Registered Pharmacist licensed to practice in the states of Texas and Florida. He also is an Attorney licensed to practice in all Texas courts, before the Southern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is an Adjunct Professor at Texas Southern University LaFleur College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and the University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy. He is currently serving his first three-year term as a member of Goodwill Industries of San Antonio Board of Directors.
From 1987 to 1995, Dr. Harris served in the U.S. Army (and Army Reserves), as a Combat Medic, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. In April 1997, he graduated with honors from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and was commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force. In July 1997, he graduated with honors from the Air Force University Officer Training School. His career as a Registered Pharmacist began at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Base, Texas. He achieved the rank of First Lieutenant before returning to civilian life.
In 1999, Dr. Harris continued his career as a Registered Pharmacist and founded lnfoSource Communications, LLC, providing consulting, staffing, and training services to government, for profit, and non-profit clients. In August 2008, he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, with honors, from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and in May 2018, he earned a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
In January 2000, Dr. Harris established an educational scholarship, which has awarded $105,000.00 to American men of African, Hispanic, and Latino descent. He is the Founder and Executive Director for Helping Warriors Succeed, Inc. (HWS) in March 2012, a San Antonio-based nonprofit that provides a variety of legal and non-legal services to veterans and their dependents. HWS was granted federal recognition as a nonprofit under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3 in 2014. Dr. Harris devotes over 75 hours of pro bono legal consultation, representation, and services annually to veterans, elderly, and underserved communities.
In October 2019, Dr. Harris was admitted to the State Bar of Texas as a licensed Attorney. Dr. Harris’ law practice provides consultations, services, and representation to individuals, nonprofits organizations, and for-profit companies. His areas of legal focus are: Administrative Law, Business Law, Consumer Rights, Contracts Law, Estates Planning (general), Family Law, Guardianships, Pharmacy Law, and Probate.
